The Secret Santa thank you thread, and other comments

Glenda, you don't mean Steph do you??? I was her SS and I just talked to her via email today and she told me how her dogs liked their goodies!

opps.  never mind. I'm a pea brain.  She'd pm'd me on something else and with all the scrouging going on I thot it was that.  Disregard my last post please!

 I know I'm late with this, but I wanted to thank my Secret Santa very much for all the cool stuff.  My dogs really enjoyed it all, especially Maska, who looks very distinguished in his new bow tie. 

Yay!  I'm glad that they enjoyed it, Anne.  I hoped that Maska would like his tie!

 So I'm completely insensitive and never posted on here about getting Jackie's gifts.  I had been trying to wait until Christmas to let the dogs open it.  They decided that Christmas Eve was close enough and tore into the box while I was out running an errand.  LOL, just like impatient kids.  There were Zuke's treats, but by the time I got home, those had been cleaned up :o)  I'm not sure the brand, but she found some really tough stuffy toys.  They were a huge hit and 1 is actually still mostly intact.  She sent them their own card that she had recorded her voice telling them Merry Christmas.  It was neat and as "she" was talking Co-Co was standing, stuffy in mouth, staring at the card.  There was also a Nylabone and brush and all of it was in a very lovely Christmas box.

It was all very great and I feel just aweful for not putting my thanks to Jackie out here sooner, esp. since there ended up being some confusion. 

BTW Jackie....where did you get those stuffy's from?  They've lasted long enough that I know they are worth keeping on hand to spice up the toy collection.

Ah, again, I need to apologize for the confusion.  That was just ME being adle brained.

So, I think now that everyone is covered?  That arrangements have been made for everyones dogs to get aSS box?

If you were missed, PLEASE let me know ASAP so I can put this whole thing, finally, out of mind??

I've PM'd Laura but haven't heard back from her.  I've got all of Lucky's stuff ready to go and we will mail it out tomorrow.  So, he should have his box by end of this week.

Becca, our stuff is here!!  I made DH bring the dogs to my office so that they could open their package.  They LOVE their blankets, & they are so cute!  Shooter is snuggled up in his blanket.  Chyna, & Brinxx are both curled up on theirs playing with stuffies.  Bevo & Schatzi are racing around the office with a cuz in their mouth.  I think that my secretary may have a nervous breakdown soon due to all of the noise.

I'll try to get some tonight.  I knew that there was no way that I was going to convince DH that he could handle all five dogs, & my camera bag.  My office is on the 17th floor, so I was just proud that everyone made it in one piece!
