beagle puppy needs a name....

my newest foster.... he was surrendered to our E-clinic, owners couldn't pay his vet bills after he was slammed in a door. He's fine now..... barky and active as ever! He's around 11 weeks old now.

apparently it was accidental... but we'll never know for sure - he does like to follow you a little too closely.... his accident certainly has not left him with any fears of closing doors.... Hmm

He looks like a Dexter to me...especially with that adorable sweater. All brainey and adorable mixed into one beagley pup. Geeked

How precious is he??!! Thank heavens you are not close to my home ! Isn't it odd how sometimes you can look at a dog or even a picture of a dog and a name pops into your head with no rhyme or reason ?? I scrolled down and though "Edward" (huh??) what a silly name, then I could see myself saying "Edward, wait, you have to be patient. " "Ed----warrrrrd I told you to put that sock down." and even " Eddie aren't you feeling well? Poor baby..." How silly , must be time to up my meds!!
