Kale's Hair and some other pics

I mentioned in a thread previous to Halloween that Kale was going to be a rock star for Halloween. Well his hair turned out FABULOUS! My niece did it for him. The mohawk is red with orange highlights and only one side was tattoo'd because she did it so intricately that she ran out of time, yay Steph...lol. But it totally suits his personality. The makeup he wore that night suited him too, but he told me today that he won't wear it on regular days cause boys don't wear makeup.... Stick out tongue Anyway, here are some pics of Kale getting his hair done, and a couple of the girlies. For some reason I don't have any of them in full costume...I'll have to dress them up again, lol!

And Kali as a Witch. She's got Kale's microphone in this shot. He was supposed to paint it, but we ran out of time...

She was so cute at the dance. Completely oblivious to the other kids, but she loves to dance and twice she insisted on getting right up on the stage to dance. Everyone was gushing over her.

They all look adorable, Candace, although I imagine Kale would shudder to hear that? Tell him instead that I think his hair looks awesome. LOL.

Thanks Karen and Kate! I agree though, Kale would likely growl to be called adorable. Awesome is a better word...LOL

Aw Thanks everyone! I'm going to make an honest effort to take more pics of my kids in the future. My mom has been complaining too. She says she only has one pic of Kale and Kali since they got me my camera. Oops...I'm terrible at printing them, and she hasn't got a clue about computers....

LOL, I could totally see Kale and my brother, Joey, (10years old) hanging out! He looks great!

Kali has the most beautiful eyes! Her eyelashes are so long (I'm jealous)!

Her eyelashes are almost to the point of absurdity. I'm sure they're 3/4 of an inch long if not more. They go right up to her eyebrows. I find that people look really close at her eyes now...I think they are looking to make sure I'm not putting False ones on her... Confused

And yes, I'm jealous too.

Yes Kale's hair is staying like that till it grows out. Sheesh, I paid $35 for it, its not going anywhere for a while! LOL. Next Friday is Wacky Hair Day at his school so that will work. We may leave the Mohawk flat for regular days though, as its a task to get it to stand and his bike helmet flattens it anyway.

Kale has been wanting a real mohawk since Tyler gave him a Fauxhawk 2 summers ago. He's one of those skinny, geeky, who gives a care kids, most of the time so it really suits him personality wise. My dad is still growling about it though, lol. He's kind of traditional.

Now that hairstyle is way too cool. I knew a guy in high school that used to do odd things with his hair. Blue mohawk. Another time, a burr haircut with his hair died black and yellow like a leopard.
