Coooool! I'm probably going to be going for a Ph.D. in psych within the next 2 years as well (with more of a social psych slant).
If you're also open for post-doc positions, I'd highly recommend just looking around at universities that interest you and searching their job openings. (Keep in mind, though, that even though they're not really supposed to, sometimes the job postings are kind of just a formality and the faculty already have in mind the person they want to hire.) Still, it could help give you an idea of what's available right now.
Right now seems to be a fairly bad time for applications for that sort of thing, sadly, since the fall semester has already started. If the pickings are slim, more things might open up in a few months as people start looking for people to fill spring semester openings. (I would imagine with professor positions they'd look more ahead of time, but it seems with postdocs and RAs things can be sometimes kind of last-minute.)
I'm working as an RA right now and have spent the last 3 months feverishly looking for work, so I've become very familiar with some of the universities' job search websites.
