First off.. My mind is in the gutter today apparently. I saw the title and thought "You can't ask that on a family forum can you???" Embarrassed

Second! Lol. I used to love spicy food but ever since I got my tongue pierced, I can't eat it any more. I can eat the mild stuff but if it's to hot, then I have problems. Lol.

I can't eat really spicy food, I am such a wimp lol, however, what is odd is I LOVE to eat jalapenos peppers.  I'm not talking about the ones with the cream cheese in the middle, i mean fresh raw jalapenos with nothing on them MMMMM!  I just cut them up in slices or eat them right off the stem!

I love spicy food.  Just last night I went to this hole in the wall mexican place here called Caro's that makes my absolute favorite salsa verde.  It is SO good...and really spicy!  I was up half the night while it was burning a hole in my intestines but I felt good enough today to eat mexican food with a lot of salsa on it for lunch!  I don't really care if it hurts me later...I love it too much now to think about later!

I like some in certain situations, but never the 3 alarm fire kind of spice - and it generally doesn't like me either. :P

I love it. Garlic, too. The more garlic and spicy in food, the more I eat of it. I have to be a smidge careful not to eat it too often (like every meal), but otherwise, I'm good.

I love spicy food. And I get to eat that in peace because Samantha cant handle spicy food yet!!

I used to work in an Indian restaurant.  After lunch service we would all sit down, as a family, to eat.  Needless to say, I learned to eat traditional spice levels, in a traditional manner, and love it.

Now that I am on a rather strict diet I find that I miss that the most...

I'm the same way and I can't even recall eating something so spicy that I didn't like it or couldn't eat it. The one spice that I don't care for in excess is curry. A little is fine, but if it's really strong, I don't care for it.

bring it on - best you got and it won't even make my nose run LOL

I'm clearly missing some genetic piece because I can eat intolerable levels of heat and have no effects - no red face or sweating, no runny nose and no "I wish I didn't eat that the day after effects" - wink wink

When we were in the UK I fell in love with a particular vegetable curry that appeared to be dominated by green beans Ha they were chili's.  I would eat it all probably 30 chilis or more and people would say is it hot?  I'd say yes very hot.  They wouldn't believe me so they'd try it ha ha ha ha we almost lost one guy, the waiter came round and asked if he was OK.  He really did hurt from it.

So DH went on a mission to make a curry so hot I couldn't eat it - never got one.  He tried to eat several that he had concocted and he was in such bad shape - LOL still really makes me laugh.

Just love it and CRAVE it from time to time

If it's Cajun spicy, bring it on. I could eat gumbo everyday, and I never pass up jambalaya.

I can do Mexican spicy too.

I said no, mainly b/c I don't think I've ever even HAD authentic spicy food.  Well, I did have authentic Korean once, but the dish I got was not that spicy.  Us Dutch people don't do much spicier than ketchup, lol.  In my family everything is bland and burnt.
