Inclusive ...you tend to gather folks together, look  for strays, pick up any one who is new or just checking things out.

Exclusive... You limit your group to specifics, size or people, to beliefs or actions for a comfort zone.

Tag a Long... Not a leader but happy to hang out ,  if your friends or family want to go or do something and it sounds good you are Right There !!

I have always been inclusive..... can't help it. It bothers me horribly to think someone may want encouragement or invitation and they are passed over, because they are "different ".    There is no right answer to this.  ust a way we each feel .
