What's that dog in the Fox and the Hounds name, Copper???

He looks like a Winston or Sammy to me.

Oh my he is so cute!  I love those eyes he reminds me of those cartoon puppies with the great big eyes!   I usually choose names based on their character or something special they tend to do..... Hot Shot was already named when we got him but Rocky is Rocky cause he loved to box with his paws when we first brought him home....   Does he have any special characteristics????  I love his "White sox"

My office mate and I have decided that he has the look of an old soul in those eyes.  Even though he is a puppy now he needs to have an "old" name so these are our thoughts.

George,  Plato the Philosopher, Benjamin, Jefferson, Jackson and Winston

If you name him Dugan, I would be calling him Doogie Howler while he's a baby!

Cruiser is a name that came to mind for some reason.

Cant name him Sammy because of my daughter's name. Cant name him Jackson because that's Samantha's bfriend's name.

I have narrowed it down to 4 names. Dugan, Repo, Tate, and Mousse. Having a hard time picking out of those 4!!

Oh my gosh I lied when I said he doesnt cry. He HOWLS. Now I remember why I never brought any beagles home. I would call him Howie but kinda silly when it's just a thing every beagle does.

Guess I'll be putting names in a hat and drawing one out.

And for the name, I like Mousse and Dugan of the ones you have chosen, but I'd call him Koda, Getto, Aldo or Enzo. Those are my top names for male dogs...
