DID YOU HEAR???

 Sheesh, forget scandal. They are down right criminal. I hadn't heard the latest on him so thanks for the update. He needs to be thrown in prison for conspiracy to murder and corruption. He'll never be convicted with a city of Detroit judge and jury though. The judges are all in his pocket.

 The judge who tossed him in jail is one that was talked about as being in his pocket! He thinks he so above reproach! He is absolutely the WORST thing to ever happen to Detroit IMO. I hope they can really link him to that girl's disappearance and murder. I too feel his more than just "involved". He is a snake. Now let me tell you how I really feel!

STEVIE Y FOR MAYOR!!

Oh wait...he's canadian...hmm...

I think he can run for Mayor, but not President. Our Govenor is Canadian. He wouldn't want the job. Too much slime to work through.

Seriously, I don't think there has been such a slimeball mayor since Marion Berry was mayor of Washington D.C. (I lived down there when he was in office).  And many, many of the people loved him - I didn't get it.  Sorta like the Detroit situation - I don't get it, how he's been allowed to get away with so much crap.

Maybe I've been in a cave or just zoning out too much in front of reality TV - what did KK do?  I don't think I've even heard of him until now.  Sounds interesting, whatever it was.

 Where to begin! And what hasn't he done? ha.  He has taken corruption to a whole new level. I dont even know if I can explain how corrupt he actually is.

What he is in trouble for right now though is that he and his "girlfriend" perjured themselves in what amounts to a whistle blower case. They lied on the stand and got busted (gotta love technology today. There's always a record somewhere!)

Then there's the girl who testified against him and was murdered a short time later.

And using City funds to buy people cars.

Hiring all his friends.

Giving contracts to friends and relatives.

Using city funds to pay for vacations.

and on and on and on. He's been scamming the City for YEARS and its never been a secret.

He went to jail today because he broke his bond (from the charges Jewlieee mentioned) by going to Canada for a meeting without first asking permission.  He has zero respect for the law, the judicial system.  My favorite is when he claimed that he was being charged with everything because the city is racist.  Um, excuse me KK you are black, the prosecutor is black, the judge is black, the witnesses against you are black.  In response to his racist allegations, the prosecutor said, definitely not true since the only white people involved are KK's lawyers.  He is so desparate for the people of the city to back him he is trying to make it a black vs. white thing, but no one is buying it this time.

He will also be charged with obstruction of something or another because he was caught manhandling/shoving/pushing an state officer who tried to suponea his friend.  He just keeps digging a whole for himself deeper and deeper.  The govenor was asked to remove him months ago but doesn't have the guts (no offense to anyone but I can't stand her); however, she has just now gotten the **** to hear the complaints, but isn't promising anything.  The whole city council is corrupt it is so sad.  It's like we went back in time to when Mayor Coleman Young was in office and drove everyone away to the suburbs.  He is the reason my family left the city - he let corruption and crime take over the city and didn't care as long as he was getting his cut.  So sad, so much potential in the city all pooped away.
