First of all, I am not sure why, but I really don't like the picture of those dogs. There's something about it just niggling me, can't put my finger on it.

(the owner is having to get rid of them because, he's had them sine november when they were born. They already have other dogs and not much room for 2 more small pups.)
I don't understand this part. There are at least FIVE in the pic I can see - is this YOUR dog and his littermates then, at a very young age? And then the TWO more are more recent? Is this person a foster home or a breeder or just someone who has never bothered to get their animals fixed?
If they are a breeder, then - how often are they breeding???? If these were intentional litters, then is the mother the same? Is the sire the same? MASSIVE red flag - 2 breedings in such a short span of time says VERY UNETHICAL BREEDER to me.... run a mile and don't look back. Don't line their pockets with your hard earned cash just so they can continue to contribute to the pit bull problem. Pit bull pups (well any pup, but Pits ESPECIALLY) should ONLY be sourced from the most responsible people, for obvious reasons.
Have you visited these dogs yet? What were the living conditions like? Were they clean, pleasant smelling, were there any signs of parasites for example? How well does "your" dog play with the others? How often is he exercised and taken into the outside world. How much training has he had, has he been put through a class of any sort?
I also wonder that he wasn't able to keep them clean. Dogs don't NEED regular baths, unless they
a) have daily romps in extremely filthy areas,
b) live in filthy conditions, or
c) have a skin condition (like demodex) that would need treating with medicated shampoo. I bathe my own dogs once or twice a year. I have a friend with a German Shepherd who is only bathed when he is blowing his coat, because it makes it a bit easier to control the hair, not because he is dirty. So that is also a very big, bright red flag to me.

The dog was born in november so the pup im getting is a old enough and big enough. Im not sure if he has had worm shots, vaccines but i will be sure to ask when i go and get the dog. I will be taking the dog to the vet of course. But i guess a dog 8 months old has played with people, and other dogs.
PLEASE don't "guess". You simply cannot AFFORD to assume anything, except perhaps, that this dog that you are getting will be dog aggressive when he reaches maturity. Most terriers are, to some degree, especially males. Intensive socialisation and training are necessary when the dog is very young to decrease the chances of dog aggression occurring later down the line. As you can appreciate, with a dog as powerful as a pit, dog aggression is very much a problem and the onus is on his carer to ensure that no tragedy happens. This really cannot be stressed enough.
I wish you luck with whatever you decide.... but I would strongly suggest reconsidering this particular dog, at least until you have done some more research and grilled his breeder.
