This could be IT...prayers, vibes, crossed fingers and paws needed

Any news?  We're all thinking about you.

Not a bloody thing.  Not from the one I was all excited about.  DH even sent an email to the President of the company who had originally called him.

But, he did get a response to his email to another guy who said he is "still at the top of my list" and he'll be in touch by the end of the week.  Either would be fine with me.  I'd really LOVE horse country, which is the one we've not heard anything from, but considering that it IS derby week, maybe that has something to do with it.

Chuffy, please uncross your nostrils so you can breath........and Truley?  Who the heck are the little people??  Sure hope that their vibes are working cuz I'm loosing my mind sitting here trying to act CALM......because I'm not in the least. 

Doesn't that just drive you nuts?  It's like some of these guys just totally forget what it's like to be on the waiting end, where they all must have been at some time or other in their lives. Still keeping everything crossed here.

It's the worst when you are out of work and waiting for that call - I've been on both sides and I know when you are the one hiring, the time passes much more quickly than when you are the one waiting for word.

Still thinking positively for you that one of these will work out!!

DH has always been pretty good about letting people know one way or another when HE is the one doing the hiring.  I suspect he'll be even better now.

Apparently NH is still a possibility as well.  That would work too.

But gosh darn it, I WANT SOMETHING NOW.

Ahh, the little people. Well I work for 2 Dr.s who are therapists. Sometime they see children and sometimes the parents, when they see mom or dad the little people sometimes stay with "Miss Dawn".

So, the little people and I play games, color, talk about my dog or my cats, or we watch Africam, water plants, clean windows....whatever floats our boat is the name of the game most days. So today some of us crossed our fingers and wished on falling petals from the flowering tree's that someone Miss Dawn knows, would get her wish.

I see alot of these little people on a weekly basis and most of them are game for a bit of fun and whimsy, and I figured it couldn't hurt now could it?

 ETA: Derby week, today, tomorrrow and thursday are dawn at the downs, steamboat race and god knows what else tomorrow, Wednesday is the post postion draw, Thursday is the parade,  Friday is Oaks, which is a Kentucky tradition and not as well known, the weather is suppose to be fantastic for the next couple of days, so yeah, if they live in horse country and have anything to do with this area, they might be a tad busy. Heck, all the radio stations broadcast from the backside for the am shows this week.

 Been following this thread, just haven't had much time to post...so sending good vibes from my neck of the woods, that something good will happen real soon.

s'mee, Luner Bella -- this is as crossed as I can get.  Does my nose bein tucked under count?  I'm not in Kee's liddle beddie (I do SO fit!) right this minit but I'm layin JUST like this 'cept my nose is under my back ankles -- close ok?? (dose that count Ms Chuffy as havin MY nostrils crossed??)
