Name Your Weird Food Combos...

Evidently, and Corvus can correct me if I'm wrong, it's some kind of prepared spread that you can make a sandwich out of.

We had some neighbors years ago that were here for a year from Australia and they brought some with them. I tried it and I definitely prefer peanut butter. I found the vegemite very weird - it was the consistency or PB but without the peanutty taste. Hard to describe.

 I thought Vegemite was like Marmite.  *I* think Marmite is DELICIOUS, but it's nothing LIKE peanut butter.  NOTHING LIKE.  I mean, apples and oranges or chalk and cheese.  It has a strong taste and you only need a little bit, whereas with peanut butter, the thicker and stickier the better.

I have a friend who eats his fries with mayo.

 

 My friend does the same thing. I think mayo is nasty though.

I don't think I have any weird combos. Only that I love to put black pepper on almost any American food, why because it makes it spicy just like Mexican food. LOL
