Any PF Chang's Employees, past or present? I'm DESPERATE!!!

I'm totally in love with the red sauce they mix at the table and tell you to use as pepper. I'm doing the Fat Smash diet and I get 2 cups of brown rice per day. I love it topped with this sauce and I think that its ingredients are probably allowed (if I use low sodium soy sauce) but I don't know how to mix it or what's in it. Can you share the secret???? Pretty please!?!?!?!?!!

Never worked there but I LOVE PF Chang's.......almond & cashew chicken, lettuce wraps, OMG.....I'll need to see about having that for dinner tonight. : P

I'm such a dumb dumb. I stopped there to get brown rice (I really love their brown rice) and some Singapore Street Noodles (not too bad on the calories) and the bartender who prepared my take out order made me a nice big batch of the red sauce. I should have just asked him to tell me how to make it, but I just feel like a scammer that way, so I didn't! I need to just get over myself and say "Hey, what's in that? How do you do it?" and then give the server a nice big tip! LOL!

But this way is more anonymous! Big Smile

WHAAAAAAAAA?! If you ever come my way, we'll go. BF and I went tonight (I haaaaaaad to. Dang you!) and there wasn't a wait to be seated at all. I had the lettuce wraps (delish!) and lo mein. And they have these new mini desserts. SO GOOD. Mine was s'mores and BF's was The Great Wall - PF Chang's signature chocolate cake but mini sized in a shot glass!

They just opened one here...it was good....but honestly? Pei Wei is the same stuff/restaurant....and quite a bit cheaper...and you can take it home and eat LOL.

Oh God, do not tell me that the Great Wall comes in a mini size. I have a hard enough time staying away from the regular size (which I can almost finish by myself, almost).

I got the ingredients from a poster on another forum, so once I buy them, I'll begin experimenting to match the sauce I got today. Once I get it perfected, I'll share. Big Smile

The Great Wall comes in a mini ;) and only $2! It was about the size of a biggish shot glass.

I have leftovers for lunch today, mmmmm.

The mini desserts were so good! Mine was s'mores, and they had The Great Wall, carrot cake, lemon pie, strawberry cheesecake, a cherry chocolate one, and I think a couple others.

I really like the one dessert that has bananas on it, and the ice cream that is coconut flavored. Man, my mouth's watering just thinking about it. haha
