I'm going to whine for a minute.  Although breast cancer is a very worthwhile cause, why does it get all the attention?  At any given time, you can find numerous people who have donated to cancer research (again, I'm not debating it's worthiness), but I dare you to find one who gives to MS causes.  Spread the wealth a little folks!  Hmm, I think I've found my bandwagon.  Nothing like getting on a soapbox for something so darn personal.

Billy, I admire your dedication to Glenda's success.  I, for one, would not like to see you starkers

I'm afraid you'll have to share that soapbox with me.  It's not AS personal for me, but, by golly, it's very close to home.  I'm a "fixer" and make things better type, and felt so very helpless with this when Sis was diagnosed.  Walking lets me DO something that helps more than just my sister.  And that makes me feel less helpless.

Billy, had that come from ANYONE but you, my feelings would be hurt.  But, I just have to consider the source.

Now, despite my "holding my breath until we get the call" state, I'm certainly not going to forget that I've made a commitment to this walk, and really need to raise the funds to not be an embarrasment to myself or the cause.....
