    1.  Lots of land, with my compound built on it....

    2.  Pay off closest friends mortgages...

    3.  I have five godchildren and three nieces and nephews so I'd set up trust funds for them...

    4.  Get more Dogues....Talus wants to be a big brother too....

    5.  Sit back, relax and enjoy the freedom of not working....

    6.  Share with friends and family....

If I won the lottery I would:

    1) Make my dad and FIL retire (they work very dangerous jobs)

    2) Put it rest in a savings account and live off the interest, DH said he would still work, because he loves his job

    3) Put a good amount of money in both my kids college fund so they would be set and be able to follow there dream careers

    4) I would donate money to Babies Best Start and PARS (not a crazy amount, but enough to be helpful)

    5) I would build a normal sized house and buy the land (renting land is no fun).

Thats pretty much it, I would want to be secure for life instead of spending it all.

Wow, I love dreaming about this.  I still use public transport because I am still learning to drive, so this is how I fill my journeys to and from work (that and my mp3 player).

First off, I'd a lot of it into a high interest account, so it could make me even more money.  Some of it into a trust for Will (and any others).

Then I'd start with debts.  I'd pay off all OUR debts.  (Mortgage, car, sofa, loan)  Then I'd pay off all my dads debts for him, including his mortgage.  Then I would give everyone who owed dad money the money to pay it back, so he would get it twice.  I'd give him enough money to retire comfortably, in a house of his choosing, and someone to come and "do" for them (cleaning etc) regularly.  (He could do with a break, and some extra cash to do the things he really wants to do!  Smile)

Then I would do charities.  I'd give a some to NSPCC, the Dogs Trust and a pretty big bit to MacMillans cancer charity.

Then, rather than gifting people with money, I'd give them a pre-paid credit card, so they could treat themselves a bit more each month, or just live a little more comfortably.

I'd work, but part time.  We'd use the extra time to maybe give our home a make over.  Then either sell it at a profit, or buy a "dream house", make that "just perfect" and then let this one.

Then go shopping for a van for DH and a car for me.  Some new clothes, a holiday and when we get back, start looking for breeders for another puppy.
