I ran over Jayde. I was going up the road to take Samantha to play with a neighbor and ran over Jayde. I knew I should have walked. I walk any other day I go up to this neighbors.
I dont even know why Jayde was out. She was put up when I left. I feel so bad. I was watching another neighbors dogs making sure they didnt run out in front of me and all of a sudden I hear thump thump. 
I stopped in the middle of the road and there was Jayde laying in the ditch. And oh my gosh I was soooooo mad. Running her over wasnt bad enough those stupid freaking dogs were beating her up!
Cheyanne came running to defend Jayde while I was chasing the dogs off.
I put Jayde in the car, ran Samantha home (JJ didnt go to work), and ran Jayde to the vet. She has a broken front foot and a big cut to the bone on her back leg along with road rash on her belly. The vet sewed her cut up and splinted her foot. Oh and she never whined or offered to bite. And the poor pup had been picked up 4-5 times by the time everything was fixed and done. The vet gave her a tranquilizer and 2 shots for pain (one is supposed to last 12 hours) She is still at the vet to make sure she doesnt get worse. Going to get her tomorrow. She has to wear the splint for 3-4 weeks. She is going to be one spoiled pup when this is all over.
Oh and for those who read my post about what I was debating on with Jayde. I am keeping her and going to make sure she gets the attention she deserves.
