Well, I would like to narrow it down a little bit if you don't mind.    When it comes to 4WD vehicles, and we are inexperienced with them, yes, stupid would be an accurate word to use.  We have to find their limitations on our own.

 Glenda, I just had a mental image of how amusing it would have been for me to have come over to your house in a very large truck to yank them out, muttering to myself all the while about "men drivers"...  Some days I miss slappin' gears.

Guess I grew some brain matter....today DS admitted that he was buried up to the axles!  Had to do some MAJOR shoveling to get out!

Anne, it would have been worth the price of air fare to have you pull up in that truck and pull the little smarty pants out of his snow bank!
