How do you deal with a tough dog that can stand colder temperatures than you can imagine while running, at an easy trot, faster than the fastest human on record, for hours and will do so if they smell something good on the wind?

I have been around Huskies as you know.....yes, it can be very difficult, but, I have taken extra time with this one......he is my daily companion when we go places, he is super close at times, and at times you will find him sleeping outside on the deck while all other dogs are snuggled up inside.....I know the things he loves and I use them as a reward and a daily reminder of how good things are when he behaves the right way....lol

I'm sorry, I couldn't resist a plump and juicy pun staring me in the face. Of course, you are excellent to him and he knows it and obviously looks to you for guidance. I almost get the impression, just from his general demeanor, that he and Shadow are alike in some ways, no doubt from sharing the Husky traits.
