My friend's dad tried the cabbage soup diet and had awful gas. He'd get into bed every night blowing her mom out of the room. He kept straining and ripping them and her mom told him "one of these days you're gonna sh*t your pants." One night he ripped one and got out of bed to run to the bathroom.. her prediction came true! I did not have the soup yesterday at all. I going to have some today. I think I'm just going to make myself get off my butt more.
