Thought of that..but trying to keep costs down, as the holidays are approaching and these things you can stick into a plain envelope. No reason the stickers...recipes...or bookmarks couldn't relate to Harvest time tho!

Well, since Annie apparently doesn't like my "Dog.Community Kinky Swap" idea, I think the recipes would be super fun! We could even have them be fall-themed or something.

If we did recipes, I would love for it to be like I think you guys did with postcards, as in each person sends to 2 or 3 different people so we get lots of fun new recipes to try. :) For people or for pups!

what about state-related magnets? ie, I'd send someone a magnet from my state and they send me one from theirs? Maybe the post cards were too similar to that.

how about anything of a certain color? Would make the gift-giving funny. I just found decorations from a party I hosted once that was simply themed after a color - just because. I ended up with a purple fuzzy piggy bank that oinked (or rang a cash register bell, I forget) when you dropped coins in.

I like the recipe idea especially with Thanksgiving in a few weeks. Personally, I am sick of the old green bean casserole thing but DH has to have it. I am hoping to sneak a new dish in there this year.

We're set all...bit rushed on this one sorry...wanting to get people recipes before Thanksgiving if possible...thanks for the input on the swap. This will be the last one I do for a bit in case someone else wants to do a few! Bear in mind December is Secret Santa time so there is already a forum "activity" in that month Wink See Glenda's post in GENERAL CHAT for details on Secret Santa.

Jenny, once the signup deadline has passed, you log in to swapbot and you click "view my partners" and it will show you who you're sending to and what their addresses are :)
