This is painfully simple. Talk to Chris, explain your information and tell him IF he does not protect the baby , You will. If he tells you he doesn't want to hurt either of them ask him which suit he will wear to his baby's funeral.  ANGELA is the only important person in this scenario and SomeOne has to love HER enough to step up.

How are you going to feel when she is mentally ruined by her mom's lifestyle?  I am raising 2 of my grandchildren and my daughter is more responsible than your sister... but how would I justify enjoying our retirement if I' m spoon feeding a damaged child who can no longer do it for themself?  No Brainer, help your Niece out, it's your right and your responsibility. Sorry about your sister, it can be heartbreaking, I know.

 I intend to sit down and have a long talk with Chris.  He is a great guy but I don't think he has his ducks floating in a row, if ya know what I mean.  I cannot imagine what is stopping him from stepping up and telling Jennifer how things are gonna work.  Angela is a great girl!  I don't see how anyone can hurt their child.  I have given up all hope of my sister leading a normal life.  She will steal anything that isn't nailed down and she doesn't care who she hurts, just as long as she gets those drugs.  I fear that Jennifer is going to end up dead.  Why the hell can't she just straighten up?  I have never did drugs.  I have drank before but I learned the hard way and I have never drank around Madison.  I'll have a drink when Madison is with my dad but that's it.  I just wish that Jennifer would sign over her parental rights and leave Angela alone.

He is totally different with Angela.  He won't hesitate to pop her butt when she misbehaves.  I don't know why he is cowering from Jennifer.  Yeah she can get pretty verbal but beyond that, she just hot air.  She isn't going to try and take Angela from him.  She doesn't want Angela.  Truth be known, she would sign over her rights if Chris would give her a handful of money every month.
