OK I used one word, so let me give you the definition! This boy hits the floor running at 6 am and might wind down by 10pm, he bounces in EVERYthing he does, chasing the ball, the tug, the bone, dinner in his dish, the cats, the birds and other outside wildlife. I swear there are times when he hardly has all four feet on the floor these days. Everything he does is done with such total intense joy it is almost hard to take in. I had him at the vet last week for a weigh in for frontline and heartguard and he tipped the scales at 55 lbs, you would not know it though he is so lean. And when he prances(trots), my god he floats, I could watch him all day.

It is hard to describe, I feel like I'm on a roller coaster, good thing I like the dang things!
