18 months-- he's old enough to learn how to pull!  go look up dog scootering. Wonderful way to tire out a high energy dog.

I've looked at it before - just need to get courageous enough as the speed he has would make a wild ride [sm=biggrin.gif]

I bike with my 17 pound JRT[:D] I'd be a little nervous about a 95 pound puppy pulling me around, though, so I can see where that might be a bit scary. Emma didn't get tired til she turned 3. Now, a good, long walk at the beach (with doggy friends, rubber balls, frisbees, and training time) wears her out for a couple of hours. Biking 5 miles doesn't take nearly as long as walking it, though. It's too bad you can't do that. Bugsy sounds like he's got a good heel and the Springer bike attachment is supposed to really help with absorbing bounces and lunges.

Maybe you could train him to pull a cart, walking next to you? You could give the neighborhood kids a ride[sm=rofl.gif][sm=rofl.gif][sm=rofl.gif]

There's lots of kids here age 3-7 so that might be worth a try.  I wonder if I can attach a yoke & plow to him to turn over my veggie garden or the aerator for the lawn
