How did you pick your username?

i enjoy firearms as a sport and shoot my glocks weekly. glock is my favorite handgun manufactuer.

It's my dog's full name.     Creative, huh?

Wow!  Monkeybear, I have to say, you have a beautiful dog!  Is it a choc. lab, or what?  Just beautiful color!

Hmmm, might be the year for a Red Sox avatar....they don't suck, even without Damon's buns.

Originally, when I was MishaMaBelle it was because that was his full name. [His mom was Beautiful and his dad is Ringo... so "Michelle Ma Belle" became "Misha Ma Belle"]

Then people kept thinking he was a girl so I changed his full name to Mister Misha. I chose "aDorkable" because... well, he is. (And because it kicked me off of MishaMaBelle.)

 I just used my AIM name. It was on a box of sticky things next to the keyboard. Everything else I could think of was taken (on AIM).

Krissim Klaw is the name I use on all forums, for my AIM, and email.  It is the name I gave the first praying mantis I raised up from a wee speck of a baby to an adult.  Loved her so much I ended up stealing her name when she passed for my online persona since I never have to worry about it being taken.

"Snownose"....let's see......Huskies can develop what is called a snownose, it turns pinkish in the wintertime due to temperature change. Ronin has a snownose bigtime in the wintertime......during the summer it gets a little darker.

Not terribly original I'm afraid, Bonita is my name, (also my mother, Grandmother and daughter's name) and Bwana was my first Rhodesian Ridgeback, A beautiful boy who I miss to this day. Everytime I sign my emails I send a mental hug to him knowing he is watching and caring for the others who wait for us.  We also Named our kennel for him, which was considered a bit of a thumbing of the nose at the purists, he was ridgeless, and Bwana is African, (Swahili) slang for Boss and Friend.

I got my username because I love Neapolitan Mastiffs and Pit Bulls.

I LOVED ladybugs when I was a child.  Mom had this thing of killing any and all insects if she found them in her kitchen, but I thought ladybugs were too cute and would catch and release them.

I was going to use my first name, Ron, as the sum total of my creativity. At the time, the system threw it out, as there had evidently been another user named Ron. So, firing up my third brain cell, I decided on ron2.

Thanks !  Yeah, he's a chocolate lab.  He had a horrible coat - really dull, bald elbows, really thin on the sides from rubbing up against the crate that he'd spent 20 hours a day in - so I'm very happy that it's finally started to look better!
