Talus is out of surgery !

• Talus is out of surgery ! t__m Posted : 10/20/2006 12:27:31 PM Hello everyone. This is Timothy. Maria asked me to post this ASAP ! Talus just got out of surgery and he is in the ICU. The surgeons were very pleased that the surgery went very well. The only concern  was that he developed an aortic flutter after surgery. But this heart flutter went away. They did a thoracic duct ligation with 4 clips on the duct and again the surgeons were pleased. They also did a pericardectomy with success. I asked the surgeon if we could bring his regular home cooked food and he said yes, please do. I'm off to the kitchen to boil some fresh chicken breasts, rice, carrots, celery and squash.
