Urgent Talus update....

I haven't been on for a while, but something kept nagging at me tonight.
 
OMG, poor baby!!  Talus, we're sending prayers, good thoughts, and good vibes!

Hi everyone, my husband would like to say a few words before I give you an update.....Here's Timothy:

Where do I begin ? ALL OF YOU mean the world to both Maria, Talus and I. I have not yet taken the time to thank each and every one of you. Maria has called me over to the computer each and every time a reply has been sent out. I have read EVERY SINGLE RESPONSE. My heart wells up with profound happiness and joy to see that there are such kind and blessed souls that are on this forum. Without sounding like a preacher or from a religious point of view, I truly believe that EACH ONE OF YOU is a blessing from "God" in the sense that God is truly a being beyond all of our comprehension.

My profound thanks and tears of joy go out to ALL OF YOU !  .....Timothy

Hey it's me again, Maria.....Talus update....the vet couldn't do a chest tap today, there were too many fibres in the way in his lungs....so Wednesday morning he will be going under anesthesia and having chest tubes put in...if they can drain the fluid in the lungs and he makes it through the anesthesia, he will be going into surgery Thursday morning....if they can't get the chest drained on Wednesday...we have that "tough" choice to make, because he will not survive the surgery with full lungs.....
He is being extra co-operative with the medical team (totally not like Talus) and they don't even have a muzzle on him this time...he hasn't tried to bite anyone

I thank you all so much for your support and will keep you updated on  a new thread tommorrow....
you are all my lifeline to sanity...and I cannot thank you enough....

Talus knows how much you all love him, and I will print these responses, like I did last time, and read them to him on our next visit....

Sorry to read this but want you to know Talus and you guys are in our prayers.

Oh my! Poor Talus! I thought he was doing so well! There seems to be alot of sick and injured puppers on here today so im getting out the candles.One will be burning for you until you are better!

Maria, I logged on tonight as soon as I got home specifically to see if you'd posted any news on Talus.  You and Timothy must be so worried; my heart just breaks for you.  I don't know what to say other than to send all my thoughts and prayers.  I'll go to sleep tonight thinking of Talus and asking Tonka to keep a careful watch over him tonight and during the procedure tomorrow.  Since Talus is such a big boy, he needs an equally sized angel to watch over him. 
 
Be strong, Talus.  You're surrounded with good thoughts and prayers.

Oh, gosh! I'm so sorry that Talus is still having problems- you must be so worried!

I'm having a hard time typing this through blurred eyes at the moment. My heart is aching for you guys right now. Be strong, as hard as it is, Talus can pull this off, he's a tough guy. He knows his mom and dad want to get him home. Tell him the Fantastic Four have returned and he needs to take care of 'em.  That should get him excited.
 
The candle will stay lit here and prayers will continue as well.  All the best guys.

Talus, I said a prayer for you last night,  and was hoping to wake up to good news. We will keep praying for you and checking in to see how you are doing. Hang in there--(((big hugs and kisses))) from all of us.

Still praying for you Talus. You can do it buddy. Who else am I going to admire and slobber over if you decide it is time to go to the Rainbow Bridge? I am so in LOVE with YOU Talus... I love everything about you, especially those cheekies... Man I love those cheekies and want to squish them with love of course.
And who can forget those buns? Those eyes? That wonderful nose of yours.... Hang tough buddy, we are pulling for you and praying for you. Your Mom and Dad love you deeply and want to share the rest of their lives with you in their lives. It is my dream to someday meet you and give you a huge kiss on that sweet mug of yours.
We love you Talus, all paws, tails and candles lit here just for you sweet heart!
Hugs to both Tim and Maria also. Wish I could be there for the two of you. Just know you guys are in my thoughts and prayers as well.

Please let Talus know that we are all pulling for him, we need him to stay around so we could see more pics and hear more stories about his big beautiful self.  From personal experiences i can imagine what you are going through.  Just talk to him and tell him he is so loved, by many people. 

Poor, poor Talus. Please send him some healing kisses from Loki and Julius. He's in our thoughts and prayers - we'll be anxiously awaiting an update.

Talus, you get better!  There's alot of worried people here.  You've got good vibes going for you from all over the country, some in canada and I think there's even good vibes coming from Austrailia (and those are extra important cuz they're from tomorrow!)
 
Get better and take care of your Mom and Dad, they love you so much.
