Anne, I'm at work, and it's a struggle to keep the tears from spilling, so I'll be brief for now. I just wanted you to know that you and Dancer are in my thoughts. Her life story and how you came to be together is beautiful. Having time to say goodbye has its benefits, but I know the sadness you feel in your heart. Please hug Dancer and tell her she's a special girl, even to those who've never met her.

Anne, what a beautiful tribute to a very special friend.

I am at work crying so hard, I did not realize people could hear me and they came to see what was wrong and now a couple of ladies and a guy have tears down their faces too.

I know that when you are faced with a situation like this, there is nothing anyone can say or do to alleviate the pain. Just know that we are with you and Dancer.

Sending you a big Texan hug, please kiss Dancer from Elizabeth and Romeo.

What a special tribute. I am very sorry for the loss wich you will soon face. Dancer sounds like a wonderful dog.

That tribute was beautiful and very moving- it brought tears to my eyes (and generally that's difficult to do).
