Hello, everyone!

• Hello, everyone! pointerspice Posted : 11/17/2006 5:50:18 PM Hi guys! I'm new here (obviously), so I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself. I am currently the proud mommy of a (almost!) one-year-old Pointer puppy named Paladen's Jack of All Trades, "Basil". We currently show in AKC Conformation and Junior Showmanship, but may do some obedience, rally, agility, and possibly hunt tests in the future. We train in obedience and conformation only at the moment, but he is definitely not ready to hit the obedience ring just yet! As my location says, I currently live in San Diego. However, I am seventeen years old and about to move out for college. I'm not sure where I'm going just yet, but it will probably be somewhere on the other side of the country. My dog will of course be accompanying me! There is a site on the net for Hurwyn Pointers it is very good worth taking a look! • claire1011 Posted : 11/19/2006 11:45:50 AM Hi,   Jazzie was seven months old yesterday[]. He has been going to obedience training classes since he was twelve weeks old,he picks up things very well,quite quickly too but he can also be very very stubborn. He is absoutely full of life and fun(which sometimes makes training difficult)as i feel i am constantly on his back!!! Would love to show him eventually when he grows up a little,locally in June we have a county show and hopefully next year i shall enter him in for that,his mum & dad were in it this year and his dad came second for showing in hand. Jazzie is a fantastic companion always a pleasure to do anything with him and he always willing to too and his temperement is outstanding.
