• pumaward Posted : 6/11/2006 6:27:46 AM Well, just barely (and sometimes it's questionable) being an adult, I used to game a fair bit. I was even in a MW3 clan over at the MSN gaming zone []. Every now and again, I like to play a good ol' video game. Currently, I've been poping over to popcap and playing things... though their 60min free trial of Feeding Frenzy 2 wasn't enough and I'll have to see if  I can't get it elsewhere for less then $20.   My favorite games, right now, would have to be MechWarrior 3 and the original Perfect Dark. • huskymom Posted : 6/11/2006 8:26:12 AM I've always been a big fan of the Mario games.  I got my NES when I was aobut 12 I think.  I never had a SNES but went straight to N64, then to the GameCube.  We recently got Mario Party 7 and have been playing it as a family.  We stop and make Kale read all of the instructions to each minigame, and it has really helped his reading. I'm also struggling through Mario Sunshine.  But I think the most addictive game I'm played is Animal Crossing.  My house is as big as it can get and I have had a statue erected in my name.  I deposited 1 000 000 bells into the bank and they sent me a gift.  It was a box of tissue.  Oh and I caught every different kind of fish there is and got a goldon fishing rod.  Now I am working on maintaining a perfect town.  I have some major weeding to do though as I have not been there in quite some time.[] 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. He and his friends play Grand Theft Auto a lot, and I have to say a more alarming game I've never seen. Really awful. Candace, I hated Mario Sunshine. • marlania Posted : 6/11/2006 8:28:27 PM I like video games, but I don't play as often as I'd like. We have a Gamecube (because I like Mario games), and we also have a PS2. I don't think I'll be buying any of the new systems since we have tons of games for both systems that we haven't even touched yet. I don't like to start on a game and not finish, so we have a bunch of games that haven't been played yet.   Re: Mario Sunshine   Ugh! That game is so frustrating for me. My husband is an owner of an Xbox 360, Gamecube, Nintendo DS and other older machines. His big one right now is "Oblivion" and he also is in a Halo2 League.   My favorite games are the Zelda series as I have a crush on link, the Devil May Cry series and Soul Calibur back when it was on Dreamcast, also have that one for Gamecube. I also can get into Metroid games sometimes.   I don't do role playing games much...but I have tried my husbands new Mario game for the DS...that's fun. • Benedict Posted : 6/12/2006 12:15:07 AM Not realy a gamer but do have a PS2 which my SO mostly uses.  I am, however, so good at all 3 of the Soul Calibur games that no one I know will play with me anymore.  I have no idea why but it's nice to be good at one, since I play games with SO to make him happy and usually lose in a spectacular manner. • cyclefiend2000 Posted : 6/12/2006 8:50:45 AM i dont know if i would consider myself a gamer per se, but i do enjoy playing video games from time to time. right now i have a sega dreamcast and a ps2, but have been playing on game systems since the atari 2600 days. like jean, i have alot of old roms on the computer that i love to play as much as a lot of the newer games. i have never really gotten into the rpg's though, i am more a shoot-em up/fighting game person. although at the moment i have been rather addicted to gran turismo 4. what i really miss are the arcades like we used to have in the 80's. i could drop a ton of money in those things. i used to love playing street fighter II, but could never really get used to playing it while sitting in front of my own tv once it came out for sega genesis.[] 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
