Oh Great...I was wondering what was so cold and wet feeling!! I thought it was Dunkin drooling on me!

So what happened to the pup? What changes in the breeding program???

Nothing much new to report...kids are HUGE...Elias will be 4 in a couple weeks. Lily is going into FIRST grade [&:] I am old...er. I lost a pup from Nonnie's litter when he was 8 weeks old (my keeper of course)...that was rough...but thanks to many people here we all made it thru that. Teeny is living with my Mom...and it's just Ellie and Nonnie here at present...Beagles that is. The immovable unflappable Buckwheat the Beagle Beater is still here lol!

What about you?? I read you're feeling better which is wonderful...I hope that continues, and you better slow down if you have to...(scolding finger wag there)

It's GREAT to see you back Jaime!

I hope that your health is improving daily.

WOW! 8 weeks, do you know why? It's always hard to loose them but that young just breaks you in half. Many years ago when we had Rotties we lost a whole litter of 10. Each day another one, then another till the end. The vet felt it was herpes, they were all thriving and nothing else seemed to be an issue. I had to chalk it up to a learning experience as there was nothing that worked to help save them.

First grade! I bet Lily is excited! I can't wait to read about her first day!! You must take lots of pictures!

No, I'm not behaving. I keep trying to push the envelope. I'm anxious to get back to "MY" life. Some days are better then others and some are down right horrible. I am keeping a close eye on my diet to keep my sugar down so I don't have to take meds for that and it's working well. I've lost 25 lbs and looking forward to losing more..hehehe

    Lani,
Dustin and I were just talking about you the other day!! Something about Hawaii and coming to visit you...have you moved??

I know what you mean, I can't believe the time has gone by so quickly too!

Did you see the Pics I posted of Honey's son Ike??

    Hi Amanda!
Good to see you too! I'd love to be here more but getting through work is an accomplishment and by the time I get home I eat supper and veg out a bit. Seems like everything takes a toll on the energy. They say that is normal but it sure doesn't feel "normal" to me...LOL!
I'm impressed I am awake now...I'm usually in bed by 9:30

We don't know. It presented like an obstruction...but there was none. Barium series, xrays, everything clear. Then kidneys and liver shut down and it was over quick after that...but all told it took 3-4 days. Gut wrenching loss. He was beautiful. Not food...the sisters were fine and my other dogs too. Our best guess is some type of toxin only he got into?? At the end I was so strapped a necropsy was out of the question.

But phooey on gloomy stuff...super-glad to see you...and I understand it can't be often...but PLEASE drop in now and again...we do all miss you so!

Oh no, thats hard. I know the feeling, and honestly sometimes there are no answers as I've found out and you just have to believe there was a reason.

I will try and get here more often. I miss everyone and all of your pictures and whats happening in your lives. You guys always make me smile! Even Billy [:@] OK, half smile there hehehehehe
