• DumDog Posted : 7/17/2007 11:19:42 PM shocking... never seeing star wars.... honestly i only watched star wars (four five and six) because of Harrison Ford... and i only watched the first three because of... [:-] Ewan McGreggor.... if those two hadnt been in the films i wouldnt have bothered. Shallow, i am, mm hmm! and Harry Potter got my interest because i do like the fantasy stuff.... fairies, elves, goblins (my favourite film is labyrinth, and i believe that is where Rowling got the name Hogwart - Hoggle was called "Hogwart" by Sarah, getting his name wrong on purpose) i think HP films would have been better if they had gotten Jim Henson's guys to help out.... Tim Burton is okayish, but too gothic for me. The movies wouldn't do much for me at all if I hadn't read the books.     Speaking of which, there are massive "spoilers" on the Internet now -- scanned pages and everything. There's even this one site with chapter summaries and all that. I've read a couple, and so far the spoilers are contradictory, so we'll never really know until the last book gets out. So if you don't want to spoiled, stay away from the Internet!
