As of the 2005 [linkhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Census]U.S. Census[/link] estimate, Fort Worth had a population of 624,067.

I consider Fort Worth a city and I would say it is a pretty big one.
    Per Wikipedia:
Fort Worth is the fifth-largest city in the state of [linkhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas]Texas[/link] and the 19th-largest in the [linkhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States]United States[/link]. Situated in [linkhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Texas]North Texas[/link], the city covers almost 300 square miles and is the [linkhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/County_seat]county seat[/link] of [linkhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarrant_County%2C_Texas]Tarrant County[/link].

According to the 2000 Census, the population of the City of Warner Robins GA was 48,804 persons. In 2002 the population of Houston County was estimated at 116,768, up from 110,765 in 2000 and 89,208 in 1990.

Actually it has grown phenomenally fast because of Robins AFB and more land has been annexed, so I don't know current figures...most people actually live in the county. Although it is considered a city, I tend to call it a town.  There is no downtown area, although they are trying to develop one.

Costa Mesa isn't much of a city..there's no downtown, nothing's concentrated anywhere. But the population is over a hundred thousand (almost 109,000 in 2000, can't find an estimate for 2007), in 15.7 square miles. All of Orange County is kind of like one big city, population over 3 million in 789 square (land) miles.

Davis, CA - as of July '05 it was 60,709. A good percentage of that at any given time would be UCD students. The university is probably good for about half the population. We're a city, but not a huge one.

[align=left] [align=left]This really surprises  me.  I thought with all the retirees settling in FL, the median age would be a lot higher than under 40.[align=left] [align=left]Joyce
