• Freereign82 Posted : 3/30/2007 9:19:14 PM Urgh I could use two of these disappear things..one for my  nephew's dad & one for my niece's dad. Both terrible fathers who don't care about their kids at all. I guess if I had to choose just one I'd pick my niece's dad because even though he neglects her she still thinks he's gods gift to the world. She's actually depressed now because she hasn't seen him in almost a year...just talked to him on the phone 3-4 times in that year. She's been acting out a lot, refuses to go to school and said she wants to kill herself. She's been evaluated by the hospital twice now and if she has another episode she may have to be admitted for a little while. And she's only just turned 13! All of that because of her a**hole dad. • Chuffy Posted : 3/31/2007 2:52:51 PM My first thought was that I would definately do it.... but the person I would "disappear", if their deeds of the past would have simply been done by someone else had they been "unexisted" then my resentment would be directed at that person!  So there would be no point!  Same goes for anyone with Exes that they would like to disappear....  Someone else would have just done all those things and caused you all that heartache and may even now be lingering like a bad penny and generally making life difficult.  So, within those parameters, no I wouldn't.  Easier just to keep forgiving on a daily basis.  If it would change aspects of the past, and therefore possibly how things are today (including my own character)......
