Another BEST Christmas present!

I already posted it on the Rainbow Bridge site but I know some people don't travel that way often and just wanted to show this present! During Christmas, the ladies I work with gave me a beautiful throw with the photo of FeFe & the baby birdie on it. Well, Christmas Eve, as soon as we walked into my MIL & FIL's house, she pushed a present at me saying "I can't wait any longer for you to open this". So I opened it and this is what I found... another throw, completely different than the other (in size and photo). Just beautiful! I couldn't tell much about it until I spread it out and stepped away from it. Having two presents like this made my Christmas... lots of crying went on but the thoughts & love that went into these presents were so special & appreciated.

This was a photo that was taken before we ever thought about a digital camera. I found Fe cuddled up to her teddy bear, thought it was adorable so I told her to stay... ran for my camera and the rest is history. Over time she tore the eyes, nose and stuffing out of the bear... she wrestled hard lol

Wow! It turned out wonderful. That's such a sweet picture. My husband gave me the same gift, I just haven't decided which picture I want to have it done with.

Oh, Miss, that would have done it for me. I saw the one the girls at work gave you and they are both beautiful.
It's so nice that people are finally starting to realize how painful it is to loose our dogs and cats, part of our family.
Now your Fe Fe will keep you warm .

Im so jealous, you dont know how much I would love one of those with Kayla on it. That would truly be the gift of a lifetime. Congrats on both of them, I know you will enjoy them.

Thank you! Looking at it closely, it's hard to see the photo at first but when my MIL held it up and backed away from me, the colors popped out. I love it and I know you will too when you choose a photo... you'll have to let us see it! [

Debbie - as soon as I saw the first blanket, I felt my Christmas was complete. Then I saw this one and I was floored! It is nice that people are starting to understand these animals are part of our families. It's been tough & I think it started to sink in with others once they saw I wasn't "over it" in a few days (or weeks or months... probably never will be but I know time will make it easier).

Wasn't she a doll? I think I have more photos of her around the house than I do the rest of my family [

] You should order one for yourself with your favorite photo of Kayla... I know it would be beautiful! This one I actually wrap up in (seems more sturdy) and the other is on a quilt rack at the moment until I can find a way to hang it on the wall. I love both of them dearly!

Thanks Marty! I know the throw the girls gave me came from ABC Distributing. I'll have to find out where MIL ordered this one from. Apparently, you have to order the throw first, the company sends a packet to you & then you mail it back to them along with the photo. When I find out from MIL, I'll post it & pm you if that's ok.
