• What is going ON in this state?? fuzzy_dogs_mom Posted : 7/21/2006 2:28:32 PM Lordy!  The temp is 104 (at noon) and the humidity is 65% - usually it's more like 10 to 15%.  I just saw on the news a major thunderstorm w/high winds ripping through LA.  It was pouring!  They sent their little ball of "monsoon moisture" up our way - maybe they'll send up the rain. I've been leaving my A/C on in my apartment while I'm at work and when I get home, it's STILL hot in there! I have the gage set at 68 degrees even and when I get home it says 79 degrees! The A/C is going in the office right now. It hasn't shut off in hours. It feels weird walking outside to take Sasha to pee (she had to come with today), it's so hot, but there's no sun at all.   I'm soooooo glad we're going to the coast next week! Highs in the 60's, lows in the 50's. And no work! That's not what I moved away from N Cali for...lol!   Last 100+ today they said...back to normal high 90's....which I suppose is okay as we've got 4 TONS of rock to lay this weekend in our dog run haha!!
