I need hi res photos for HUGE party

Ok, I am putting together something for a party. I am lookinng for hi res images to make a frame for a 50" plasma TV. The pics need to be printable at about 8x10 (300 dpi). Please send all your hi res full dog shots to [email=fubarnow@aol.com]fubarnow@aol.com[/email]. There is no pay for this, but your pups will be viewed by the best in Hollywood.

What type of party is this? It's a HUGE party for a certain celebrity. Why?? Is it your birthday? I'm not being rude, just not sure why it matters. I need pics for a project. How's that? [8D]

Why would you want pictures of other peoples dogs? (this one was funny!) I could use a pic of my dog, but I doubt that I could make him look like a bunch of different dogs... and since that is what I need, that is what I'm asking for. And no, I don't know 60 dogs.[8|]

And the funniest part!!! What makes it weird that someone came to DOG.COM to get pics of DOGS? I went to cat.com but didn't have any luck.[

I wish I could. The problem with that is all photos you find online will be 72dpi. For print, you should use 300dpi. That is why I am asking for hi-res (300dpi) pics that are printable at 8x10.

Is this really an odd request? You guys would flip if you heard the odd things I need to find for the Hollywood crowd.

Maybe you could find a dog photographer in your area. I mean tha if it IS a party for some celeb I'm sure you could shell out a few bucks for some of their pictures instead of trolling the internet. Just my thoughts.

I am being nice. I'm not going to kiss ass though. I'm sorry if this is a kids forum, but I thought we were all adults here. Hopefully it's not coming across, but I'm sure I'm a bir more harsh that your average joe dealing with Hollywood peeps. Sorry.

Ok, you guys are all making this sound like I'm asking your permission to have a party. All I need from you is pics of your dogs. Want them to be seen by celebs? Good. No, then keep them. I'm not going to beg you for pics of your dogs. I have gotten 34 pics already so don't tell me to pay for something that is free. (some photographers want $10 per shot!! LOL) I want this to look like the normal everyday people's dogs that he takes care of. Not the 24 hour groom dog. If someone asks about a certain dog, I have the contact information for that dog and will give it out... with owner permission of course.

I really thought all of you dog lovers would like to be a part of this. Dog lovers will be viewing this. Isn't this part of the fun? I jumped at the chance to have my dog in the frame.

Didn't ask you to give a rats patootie. I would rather have it that way. Impressed? Why would you be impressed from someone posting on a forum. You people are starting to sound odd. My mamma taught me to get what I want and not to take crap from anyone. Didn't teach me about catching bees... sorry.

Please close this. Send pics or don't. I don't want to hear the lame people talk about how this and that isn't what you approve of. You guys wouldn't last 2 minutes in this industry. (and no, I don't care if you think you would or not)

I wouldnt mind giving you pics but I dont know how to tell what resolution they are and if theyre not 300 if that can be changed. Have you looked into those programs that can convert them? Or they may not even have that... I dunno. I went to my program and it doesnt tell me what res they are.

I wouldn't mind either. All I asked was "Yeah, What kind of project is it? Can't you find pics of dogs on google, yahoo, etc?" Just because I wanted to know what kind of project it was and what he/she was doing with the pics, I wouldn't mind giving pics at all, although I don't know if mine are 300 either.
