• griffinej5 Posted : 5/22/2006 1:12:36 PM Yes, it is a cooked bone. Yeah, I know all the reasons why I am not supposed to give cooked bones. But, i'm hoping that since it is so big he can't get his mouth completely around it, that will keep him from cracking it or anything like that. So far, it's working, and if and when it stops, that will be the sad end of the giant bone. We were just out, and he had to take the giant bone with. • griffinej5 Posted : 5/22/2006 2:06:50 PM Well, I guess it'll be ok. I think that part of the bone being too big for him actually was the problem. He dropped it on the cement floor, and it cracked. I'm bad though. I let him keep the two big, pretty heavy and solid pieces (for now) , and I only threw away the little part that broke off.
