I have cs but you can do it with regular photoshop as well. I will post here how to do it in case anyone was wondering...
First step is choose your image of course, duplicate that layer by pressing ctrl-j.
Then go to Image-adjustments-desaturate,
duplicate that layer by pressing ctrl-j
then press ctrl-i to invert the image. Do not duplicate this layer.
Change the blending mode to color dodge I do this by right clicking the image and going to blending options and then choosing color dodge.
Your picture will now look completly white or with maybe a black speck or two.
Now you are almost done but go to filter-other-minimize set the value to 1-2 depending on how thick you want your lines to be.
You can now add color by simply duplicating your original image layer by selecting it in the layers palette, then pressing ctrl (command) + j on the keyboard. Move the duplicate to the top of the layer stack, and set the blend mode to color.
If anyone does any of these post them here I would love to see them.
