new here..some ideas for a 9 month old who is a major finicky eater

After seeing that shot I'm much less worried about the behavior you have described, I have dogs whose natural weight seems to keep them slimmer than that no matter how much feed they get and others that gain weight on a few kibbles :). Find what amount he willingly eats twice a day and keep it there... if one cup is working twice a day I'll bet he'll maintain at that weight. Some dogs are better than others at self-regulating and for those I'm grateful.
