Congrats on the new addition! Very cute :)

He looks a lot like the Cavalier x Cockers I see at work, they've become a pretty popular "designer dog" in my area. Cockaliers I think they call them (of course!).

The lady who lost her home (Charlie's owner) said she HAD papers on him but like all else, they were lost in the flood. What she was told by this breeder *sigh* was the age-old story: he was the last one she had left, biggest of the litter and 5 1/2 months old. She'd gotten $2500 for the other puppies but since he was the "last" she'd only charge them $250.

She also told them she was "getting out of Cavaliers" and "going back to bulldogs"

The vet's guess? The woman already saw that cataracts were forming at 5 1/2 months and got rid of him quick!

*I* don't care -- he's where he belongs now, I think!

Oh, he is just adorable! I think I see a lighter colored black marking under his nose that makes him look like he has a small mustache. It reminds me of another forum member's dog that has a similar marking -- my middle-age memory can't come up with the person's or the dog's name (a beautiful white dog with upright ears) -- but I love that marking!

Whatever mix of breeds he is --- he is definitely a cutie-pie!

He wants my Sucky Elly-fant -- that is NOT a good thing. an mom sez I can't take HIS monkey. She keeps takin my Sucky Elly-fant out of his mouf. *sigh*

Good thing he leaves Sucky Pony A-LONE!!!!! I don't think I cud share Sucky Pony. I'll share ALL my argyle bonez (I live in a Scoddish house -- I GOTS ta no how ta spell "argyle";) but *NOT* Sucky Pony

Awww Tink your new brother is so cute....Have you tried his ears yet? LOL! You know when we got Hot he was very noise and men shy. Still not crazy about loud noises but soooo loves his human Daddy who is loud by nature. :)
