I was talking to a friend today and she asked us where our Sammy sleeps and I told her downstairs, either in the living room on his bed or in the family room on his bed (we put a couple beds around the house just in case he wanted a change of scenery [

After I said that, she said that I was making him feel lonely and he felt like I was punishing him every night because he probably wanted to sleep with his pack. Huh? I had no idea. Does anyone know if there's any validity to that? I wouldn't want him to feel left out, but I certainly didn't plan on his "space" to be my hallway upstairs.
He's free to roam wherever he wants, but he sleeps on the first floor. I had no idea that might be a bad thing! Where does your dog sleep? [sm=happy.gif]
