Sorry -- been non-stop since we got home and it's 1 a.m. (now Monday).

I don't think I'm revealing any state secrets -- they were going to Vegas for a couple of days and then on to the Grand Canyon for a bit.

Re shoes: -- I told Meg a week or two ago "wedding shoes tend to hurt -- and you gotta dance and PARTY and then leave by 7:00 a.m. for your flight. Make your feets COMFY"

She did -- as soon as the ceremoney was over she switched to thongs. It was a FUN wedding -- you all need to ask her about the Dinosaur story!!

It really was a spectacular wedding - I don't know if it's OK to say that about your OWN wedding but I don't care! I love, love, loved my dress - $99 David's Bridal clearance, I kid you not. Callie's right, I switched to flip-flops as soon as our first dance was over. They were really cute though! My sister bedazzled them with the plum colored ribbons we used on everything else and some rhinestoney things.

We flew out Sunday morning (at SEVEN AM!) and spent two days in Vegas, rented a 2011 Cadillac SRX V8, and drove to the Grand Canyon and then onto a tour of Colorado. There are lots of pics on FB - I will do my best to get 'em over here!
