Today is a special day. Me and DH are celebrating 10 years of "dating". We're high school sweethearts and today is the day he asked me to be his girlfriend 10 years ago. :D Feels like yesterday. We'll do something yummy on the grill tonight.

We never did get any storms yesterday. I almost felt like I wasted the entire day anticipating the storms and it never rained. Got cloudy & windy at times but nothing ever came of it. Temps rose to 76!!! I was sweating!!! Ready for SPRING...not summer quite yet!

Busy week, we have a company meeting on Thursday...eek. Then taking Friday off and spending the weekend at some friends house. Pups will be in tow. :)

Doc says what I thought - viral bronchitis, swollen lymph nodes and all plus asthma.  Not much can be done. Great.  Blood oxygen levels are OK so ........................cough cough hack ................eventually we'll get better, sigh.

Campbell is home - they've doubled his meds.  Fingers crossed

I am sending tons of good healthy strong vibes for Campbell too. Poor little guy. I don't know how people deal with chronic health issues, I have a lot of respect for them and their patience, that's for sure.

It is WARM here today! But very very windy. We had awesome storms last night. The lightning was amazing and it rained so hard. We haven't had a good storm like that here in ages.

Congrats!  DH and I are HS sweethearts as well, we just passed 9 yrs.  Boy I feel old. LOL

Tina, how do you figure I don't deserve a prize? I figure I have more control over whether I cry, so I do deserve a prize. I mean, come on, they gave me 25 or so needles, and I didn't cry. Technically, it wasn't from the needles that I puked either, so I should get a prize for that.

We had so much wind yesterday that I couldnt do anything outside even tho it was warm and sunny.   Way to much wind.  Later it finally calmed down and we sat out on the patio for a while.  Then about 11:00 last night all heck broke loose and wind and hail and rain.....wow it was noisy.

Today is cooler and we needed the rain so bad. 

Busy day here, sending everyone that needs them healthy vibes!!!

 Clowns scare me and I'll have nightmares now! Seriously though, clowns freak me out.

I heard a crash upstairs and went to investigate. Ari was on the bed with no less than 5 pairs of socks, 3 things of underwear and a shirt. There was also a pile of clothes scattered on the floor. She'd pulled the laundry bin off the bureau. She's a little ticked off she didn't get her walk this morning apparently (it was thundering and lighting out though!). The look on her face was pure innocence and pride of what she accomplished lol! The rain has stopped so I will chance it and take her for a 3 mile walk in a little bit.

I wish I had extra magic shirts to give out, but 'tis my only one. My Mom had it before me and she was also amazed by it (the Mom recently lost a ton of weight so she was swimming in it, otherwise she'd have kept it!).

I'm beyond frustrated and heading toward needing the 2 x 4.  I need to access a site but despite doing everything two different IT peeps have suggested and asking DH for help, I still can't get this site to open on my computer at work. 

Sorry about your IT woes :(  I am no help there!

DH is starting Part 2 of basement renovations: destruction!  Part 1 was getting everything out, now he is tearing up the carpet and getting all the drywall and whatever down.  Oh boy.  It will look amazing when he's done but it's so sad that the folks that did it to begin with, did such a crappy job that we're tearing it up only 6 years or so after they did it (and two years of that was us saving up for the project!).  I just took about 50 "before" pictures just to show exactly how crazy it was.

Ari thought it was sweet too!  I had to laugh. She's much better behaved now that we went out for a walk!
