    Hi everyone I miss you

Hi, well I get to visit for a few minutes. I should ahve a computer next week. Things got worse with the neighbors. The police were called a few times. And  long long story short. I am very afraid. The police have been advised on what is going on and are keeping watch. This woman freaked and has made some threats. So I don't sleep well at night and have my house locked up at all times. We put alarms on the doors. That is how bad it has gotten.

The police told us that the woman is trouble and they have had many many problems with her. They said if she so much as steps on our lawn to call them right away. She told them I threatend to get her. Which is so not true. I'm terrified. The police believe me and said to stay far away as I can. So from what the police are telling me I don't feel much better.

I'm still hurting and trying to deal with the loss, but I'v now been overcome by fear of what she is going to do next. I have 2 neighbors watching out for us. We are trying to but a house down the road. We need the downpayment. Please say some prayers that this may work out for us. It's far enough away from them and the whole yard is alarmed. There is security around the house and property. So please keep us in your prayers.

I miss you all, I can just imagine all the fun I have missed.  Hope to be talking to you all soon. Take care.

I'm glad you checked in, Angel.  I've been wondering how things were going for you.  We'll keep fingers and paws crossed that you're able to get the house down the road so you'll be far enough away from your crazy neighbors.

Yikes, stay safe and away from the windows!  It's not good to live in fear...

Good luck with moving, that would be great.  Be safe, they sound like terrible people.

I think my previous post still stands, somewhat. The guy's club will find her to be too much of a liability. She will come to a bad end.

If I were there, I could help because I'm not afraid of anyone, biker club or not. I do know enough about clubs to know that she will cause problems for them. Most clubs, especially the "rough" ones, seek to have as little attention from the police as possible. And if the guy won't send her on her way, the club will send him on his way. The cohesion of the club is paramount, like a military unit. In fact, that is why such clubs attracted combat veterans. It is rank-oriented with strong loyalty. But, alas, even the police won't stand guard 24 hours.

Sending lots of good thoughts to you to get you into the new place.

Positive thoughts that all works out with your plan to buy a home and you can just leave the wackos behind to self destruct or get taken care of by the club as Ron suggests.

I think about you so often and have been looking for an update post from you.  I'm sorry things are so scary and stressful.  Certainly not good circumstances when you're already trying to deal with profound grief.  It must be awful to be afraid in your own house.

I really hope things fall in place so you can buy that other house.  Have you checked with various lenders or mortgage brokers in the area?  There are lots of special loan programs that don't require a typical down payment.  For example, any veteran can get a VA loan that requires zero down payment.  There are also other programs that require little to no money down.  It's not just the standard 20% down anymore.  You just have to go to brokers other than the "big banks" to find out about these programs.  My cousins just got pre-approved for a mortgage and they've had some credit problems.  They had to call a few brokers to get it squared away, but they worked it out.

Good luck - sending extra good thoughts your way.  Take care of yourself and your family, and keep your "good" neighbors in the loop so you can all look out for each other.  I'm glad the police are aware of the problem - hopefully that will make them respond ASAP if anything more happens.
