Is she mixed?

I have a 7 month pit bull. many people think she is mixed, many people don't. what do you think? if yes, with what? thanks for the help.

She looks like a mix of pit bull and lab, judging from the feet, ears, and eyes.

that was the same thing i was thinking, but someone who bred pit bulls told me she was a pure bred staffy.

she looks pretty pure to me. She is gorgeous, mixed or not! May I ask how old she is?

Also, if you can get a head pic, that would be pretty good.

I've seen a few AmStaffs and our gracious host, Amstaffy lives and breathes them. I could certainly be wrong but judging from the pics, I thought I saw hints of lab and I have seen a few pit bull/labs.

I also think she is lab/pitty. It doesn't seem to me her head is broad enough to be an Amstaffy, but a head shot head on would be the determining factor if you could.

Either way, she is pretty. Both of them are. Was that a Weim I saw in the background???

I think its hard to tell. She looks as if she is pure pit in the third picture, the one with that classic pitty smile, but in the fourth picture, I think her snout looks lab.

From what I've seen of Pitties, they have very very short fur...and this pretty girl looks like her fur's a tad bit longer than your average pit. In the 2nd picture you can tell her neck fur looks a little longer and not quite as....slippery (for lack of a better word [&:]) as a pit's. I say she's half lab, but either way, gorgeous gal [

I have to agree that she looks pit and lab, but you never know with dogs. They can be a whole bunch of things and you only see one or two, and you never really know. I knew a dog who looked just like a 100% border collie. Her name was Abby, and she was the happiest dog I've ever known. Thing was, she was half Old English Sheep dog and half spaniel!! The owner knew because he knew both the parents. So you never know!

No matter what she is, I think she's great looking!

she is 7 months old. here are some head shots? someone told me she was a staffy but i don't know. its looks like the older she gets the more pit bull i see in her. thanks for all the compliments.[

Yeah I see it now, she def. has some other breed in her, what breed I cannot say. Its like at the shelter where they see a black or yellow dog and they immediatly put it up as a Lab Mix, I think its just to attract attention. I really dont think many people would intentionally breed many lab mixes.

So while she could be purebred, she could just as well be a lab/pit mix or a lab/staffy mix or just mix of a pit or staffy with a nice looking black mutt.

But either way shes gorgeous, i love the nice big head!
