I always think of that other Lola song...the one where she looked like a woman but talked like a man? what song was that? It is HILARIOUS!

I am having THE hardest time naming this dog. Sheesh. I feel like every name I like is "taken" by a person or dog I know... I like Piper and Sierra, but know dogs named both. Lola and Lulu are cute, but my niece's name is Lucy, and sometimes is nicknamed Lulu...which I just feel is too close to Lola. My aunt's nickname is Honey, so that's out...and on and on and on. Grr.

At the moment, I like Phoenix. But I don't know yet. I also like Scarlett.. I sort of like Delilah, but I think I might get sick of it. I was thinking Carmen, but I don't know if it suits her, plus I think it's too much of a people-name. Lordy.

On the bright side though, this dog is awesome. She's crazy well-behaved. Almost totally housetrained. She hardly ever pulls on leash. She's so friendly, and awesome with my nieces and nephews. She's so freaking sweet, affectionate, and cuddly. Of course, she just had to blow all this WHILE I'M TYPING by chasing my poor cat. Sigh... But I think they'll be fine eventually. She's hardly seen him. And now she's chewing up a baby toy... Okay, time to get off the computer apparently! More later. I also have a really cute video of her killing a huge inflatable ball earlier today.

Tink was completely unnamed for about 3 days (I KNEW I wasn't gonna call her Lulu with a Luna at home!)

Every morning we left the motel to drive back from Texas when David would pack the car while I "packed" she would give both of us serious "stink eye" -- like "Can't you people just STAY IN ONE PLACE?????????? Whatcher doing???"

For all the world she reminded me of Tinkerbell tapping her foot at Peter Pan cos he was spending too much time with that Wendy-person!!!  But I thot Tinkerbell was .... well ... too Disney I guess.

But about day 3 when we got in the car and she's STILL giving David the "scowl" I said "If you don't quit scowling at me dog, I'm gonna CALL you Tinkerbell FOR REAL!!"

And David said "Soooooo why don'tcha quit threatening it and just CALL her that -- it frigging FITS!"

This was literally taken about the instant he said that -- and the rest is ... her-story???  LOL

The next time she makes you laugh -- what comes to mind??

  Three days is nothing LOL two of my dogs were called "Puppy" for close to a month!
