I got some of the Skechers Shapeups like what...3 weeks back? I forget how long. But I have been wearing them on and off when I do my walks. I try to walk at least 3x a week..usually a mile or just over. Nothing life threatening...this is me we're talking about here. Exercise is Gina Kryptonite.
Well I have to report that yes the shoes do in fact work! I have felt the extra work my body is doing during my walks...they feel good on but they DO work you a bit,...esp at first. My thighs (inner and outer both...calves and most importantly...MOST importantly people...my (__|__) is in MUCH better shape of late. I am quite impressed. My jiggle is about gone...and the Titanic has been raised enough that I look back behind me, and say "hey now".
SO...just wanted to post this because some folks might be thinking about getting a pair! Anyone else that wants to add anything about the shoes or shoes like them feel free...positive or negative...we're all here to be informed!
