Grady, don't scare your mom, it's rude!

I don't know anymore.  He's acting fine now.  He met DH @ the garage door with his stuffed bunny in his mouth & then went on to do full zoomies & other normal Grady type greeting stuff.   Maybe it was just a case of the cruddies (as in I feel cruddy, ma).  I don't know.  I'm just glad that he's feeling better at the moment.

Tink, thanks again for your faireeeeeee dust!

Thanks again for all the good thoughts.

I had to rush to the end of this because when I read "pale gums" I had a panic.  Annie, they can look pale when they first wake up too.  So, don't panic if they look pale if you check right after he's been sleeping.

Hopefully, Grady is still doing great!  It's always such a relief to see a good zoom!!

Well, I know when I have a case of, erm, over-zealous elimination, I feel like poop! (har har) If he had the runs, it could be that he was just feeling awful, but getting whatever the gunk was out of his system has perked him back up.

I'm hoping he continues to present his "prey" and do other sorts of healthy, good-feeling doggy things. Sending you guys lots of happy, healthy thoughts!

Annie:  how's the Grady man feeling this morning???

Maybe he has some allergies or something? My kids both DRAGGG like no one's business when the seasons change...their sinuses sometimes, manifest in just a general malaise.

I am glad he's feeling better...hopefully he stays that course!

    This made me LOL!

Hopefully this is all it was - crud for a day gotten out of his system.

Grady seems to be feeling his oats this am.  We're supposed to get some rain & maybe that will calm down pollen.  I know I've been feeling just kind of icky lately.  We're, like alot of other places, having record pollen counts.  That may be what's bothering him.  I'm still having a full panel drawn.  I am a worry wort ESPECIALLY when it comes to my dogs.  I know no one else here is that way. ~L~  So anyway, right now, I'm going with he just feels ick from the pollen & there's nothing seriously wrong with him.

Courtney, G didn't have over zealous elimination,

I'm glad he's acting better and hope he has a great blood test.

I'm glad Grady's feeling better.  I think you were on to something about him just plain feeling cruddy.  Hope that's all it was!  (((hugs)))

I would rather us try to define whether you're a worry wart or not than to have something seriously wrong with Grady. Although, it's not really worry wart as just being really attuned to your dog's health and well-being. So, no, can't really argue about that. I guess we'll just have to accept this situation as a win-win. You're not over-reacting and Grady's okay.

Good news/bad news.  Well not totally bad news but I was about to kill G this am.  DH gets up to prep for work.  I usually stay in bed to stay out of his way.  That's my story.  Grady is either on the bed snuggling with me or downstairs begging for some bowl lickings.  Well I get up to feed the boys & look for G & he's no where to be found.  The stinker DUG his way out of the yard.  Digging is a new thing.  So, after getting Aspen all excited for food I have to let him down & go look for the brat.  I have no idea how long he had been out but he was definitely checking out new territories.  Thank doG for a kind woman who scooped him up in her car & brought him home.

The good news is that as soon as we get him in the house the phone rings & it's Dr. S with G's blood results.  He's fine.  His mom panics & loves to spend unnecessary money on her dogs it seems.  Dr. S & I that he just had low grade cruddies & he'll survive if he doesn't get hit by a car first.

    GAH!  I need more caffein.

Annie, you are my hero.  After this morning's adventure, I'd be going straight to the bottle!

I'm glad that everything looks ok, & that he's feeling well again.

    Great news from the vet!

So glad Grady is OK after his little "walk" today!
