yep they do. awhile back on our news they had footage from I think, Target of a woman leaving and SLAMMING her shopping bag into the back of her 2-3 year old son who then went FLYING into the street onto his knees, she then slapped him the back of the head or something, and it was JUST terrible. They DID find her thanks to call in tips after airing the footage. She was arraigned on child abuse charges...not sure what came of it tho. But they DID  find her!

Maybe you stopped the cycle of abuse for that boy and no doubt his sister.

I haven't read a single reply but I will say kudos for doing what noone else there obviously would have done.  Bless his little heart, it's a shame we can't pick our own parents.

This reminds me of that poem about the man tossing starfish back into the ocean.  You may not be able to help that little boy every time his family rages on him, but at least you made a difference for that moment.
