Nicknames

Obie: "Grandpa", "Tini" (started out as "Ovaltine" - "Obertine" - and then just "Tini" or "Tina";) and lately we combine the two and call him "Grandpatini"

Dottie: "Fleabag", (she had flea problems when we first adopted her), "knankle" because of her muscular short corgi legs. "Crazy" "Nutjob"

 Oh dear, nicknames... Let's see Kirby has so many- Stinky Butt, Fufu Butt or Fuzzle Butt, Panda Bear, Monkey, Girly Boi, Old Man, Pooperon 3000, Gremlin, My Little Licker... lol and I'm sure their are more I'm missing. XD 

Sioux - Sioux-B-dubba, Dubba, Dubs, Dubbadog, Soobeedoo (usually followed by "I love you";)

Sequoyah - SequoyahBean, bean head, speckled monstah, Kabean

Maska - Maskadoodles, Doodlebug

Fergie -  Fergieberger, Bugaboo, Fergs

They all respond to all the nicknames.  How pitiful is that?  

Brownie- browndog, browntown, browner, brownie boy, old guy, bro.

Cuddles- sweet pea, princess, mama, mama girl, cuddler, cuds.

Lion- lion boy, lie lie, lee lee.

 Well one of Ari's nicknames is Ari, since her full name is Ariel. Her other nicknames are:  Miss Personality, Skinny Butt, Naughty, Disobedient Puppy, and Chunky Monkey.

Not pitiful at all.  Mine do the same.

Mine all respond to "dammit" which is probably a little sad.

 Mine get called nicknames so often, I wonder if they know their real names. Ena is most often referred to as Bean. Emma is generally called Miss Em, FatEmma (poor girl lives with sighthounds!) , or Nems. Jewel is, more often than not, IG. I almost don't like admitting that, LOL. Collectively, they are, "Girls" or "Monkeys".

Tiki is called Tiki Bear, Tiki-B, Teeeeeeekeeeee Beeeeeeee, T, or young lady. She can't hear you anyway, so...

Mine all respond to "dammit" which is probably a little sad.

A friend of mine had a black lab she NAMED "Dammet" -- simply because her SO thot it would be a hoot to have a dog he could say "Dammet come" to. LOL *rolling eyes*

They are collectively known as "Klee Kai" (which Nike comes to) or "Bad Dogz" which they LOVE.  I'll even sing them the song "Bad dogz, bad dogz, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you," lol. 

Aesop is, more often than not, called Pup pup. It started as a puppy, when he was..well, the puppy. And it stuck.

Julian is Jules, Hooligan, Hoolie, J...he'll answer to all of them.

Ginger is the Elf..which is how we refer to her most times. She's also Elfles a lot.

Grimm is Grimmy, Gimm, and Gimme. And sometimes the Gimme Gimme.

 Our cats have nicknames as well..Nicki is the Beast of Exemoor (Ginger is frightened of her and we're pretty certain she watched a documentary on the beast of exemoor with horror. So the nickname stuck). Abner is Abs, Abbie (though we keep that one private so he can keep his manly rep) and Mr. Fitzbottom. Falafel is Loffie from time to time, and Del only goes by Del..which is really a shortened form of Delilah.

Tessy - Tess, Princess, pretty

Sady - Saddles, babes, Sade

Charlie - Charles, Sir Charles, Thumper

Daisy - Daise, mumma girl, The Boss

Franklin - Frankie, DumDum, BoBo, Quetip

Simon - Sime, Simple Simon, Knuckle head, Girly Boy

Willow - Willow Kin, Midge, Midget, Wiwo

Lucy - Lucy Lu, Tubby, Luce

Our dogs usually get called by their nicknames, rather than their actual names....

Sadie is called: Lazehound, Lazer, Beaglejuice Beaglejuice Beaglejuice, bagle, and Mercedes

Timmy is called: Bimmy, Big Dog, Tim, Timmery Dinky Dinky Dink.....he also gets called Timothy Pauls when he is up to no good.  hehe.
