Bugsy, we have lots of friends who had this surgery and they are fine now.  Just be a good boy after, ok?  We'll all have our fingers and paws crossed.

 Thanks everyone I read all these before I left this morning and that helped my mood - he went off with the vet tech as if he were heading for a playdate - gulp little does he know..........

I should hear from them by noon EST and will post when I know something

OK, where's Karen??  I'm supposed to be working and I'm looking for updates on Bugs!!

All I know is that everything went 'fine', I will pick him up tomorrow before lunch and will find out if there was additional damage in his knee or not.

He was all happy and sweet trotting off with the vet tech, I'm guessing he is less so now that he is aware that his leg is a mess and he is in a kennel :-(

I am trying to not visualize him in the kennel all cut up
